Mr. Rishikesh Joshi, Founder

Rishikesh Joshi, has spent nearly 25 years of his life in the sports industry, the first 12 as an athlete and the next 13 as an expert in the field of marketing and administration. Given his varied experiences, Rishikesh has always desired to work relentlessly towards radicalizing grassroots level sport, which led him to commission a 360 degree support system for the holistic development of sport in India. He holds a degree in Engineering (Information Technology) as well as Master’s in Sports Management from Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia.

In the year 2015, Rishikesh laid the foundation for Sports For All (SFA), a company dedicated to unearthing talent from across the country in all Olympic sporting disciplines. Having interacted with various stakeholders and closely working with youth during the SFA Championships, Rishikesh realised the pressing need for an organization that would work tirelessly towards strengthening the sport eco-system at large, which led him to establish the Ab Jeetega India Foundation.

Rishikesh strongly believes “Sport has the power to shape an entire generation of youth, one athlete at a time.” He believes that by building a sports program that will impact the youth of India at an early age, we can leverage their future potential to not only propel the economic growth of our country but also set a standard for sporting excellence that will support even future generations of young athletes and superstars.
